Shawn Winters, LCSW, Service Line Director – Residential
Shawn Winters joined the Center as an Outpatient Therapist in 2012. In that same year became a therapist for the PACT Team (Program for Assertive Community Treatment) from 2012-2014. He then became the PACT Team Leader from 2014 to 2019. In July 2019, he was promoted to the Service Line Director for Residential service line.
Other training and career experiences include: State of Idaho Family and Children’s Services Social Worker, Medical Social Worker in an acute care hospital and Medicaid Waiver Social Worker for adults and children. He earned his Bachelors in Social Work (1993) from Idaho State University and his Masters in Social Work from Walla Walla University (2004). Shawn was licensed in 2015 as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Shawn was born and raised in Idaho and moved to Great Falls in 2000. He lives there with his wife; they have two grown children currently residing in Montana. Shawn has many family members who have homesteaded near Great Falls, Montana.
