February Employee of the Month
Kasey is an In-Home Behavioral Specialist in Great Falls, she was nominated by Angela Saunders and Valora Freeman.
The nominations read as follows:
We are nominating Kasey Schindele for the employee of the month because she continually goes above and beyond for her clients, not just for crisis response but during her on-going contact with her clients/families. She is able to develop very strong rapport and positive relationships with their families, so much so that they don’t hesitate to call her for anything. Kasey has a wonderful ability to help clients accept needed support using a balance of kindness and directness. No matter how busy she is, she is willing to help her co-workers out, helping with planning activities, general paperwork assistance and support to her co-workers as they are going through difficulties in working in the home with client and their families.
She is always uplifting the office moral and general mood and brings positive attitude and atmosphere to the youth services offices. She consistently advocates for mental health and demonstrates and expects that her clients be given respect in all instances whether it is during client staffing with professionals or working directly with the clients and families in their home, community and school.
She is supportive of the Center’s Mission and supports the Center in the community by volunteering and participating in events such as the Beautiful Minds Walk and What Women Want Expo.
Kasey is a wonderful asset in the In-Home Support Services program, both with her genuine care about her clients and families, her co-workers and about the program she works within. She continually puts her best efforts forward despite the amount of changes or additional duties that are placed upon her. We are proud of the opportunity to work with Kasey!
