Trent Lear, LCSW LAC MAC
Trent joined the Center in 2011 after coming from the world of healthcare administration and clinical work. Trent has been active in the field of mental health for 25 years and has served in many different programs and roles including residential, inpatient psychiatric settings for adults and children, outpatient therapy, therapeutic foster care programs, program director, organizational development & culture change.
Trent received his undergraduate degree from Rocky Mountain College (1986) and his Master in Social Work degree (1994) from Walla Walla College in Washington. Trent was licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 1998. Trent has additional training in the field of addictions and is a Licensed Addiction Counselor (1998), and holds a Master Addiction Counselor certification (2000) from the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC). Trent also has been trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)(2004).
Trent grew up in eastern Montana on the family farm. He currently lives in Great Falls with his wife.
