Sydney Blair, LCSW

Sydney Blair re-joined the Center as Clinical Director in 2009 then was later promoted to CEO in 2011.  Blair has served the Center in multiple roles prior to her appointment to the Clinical Directors position: Day Treatment Supervisor, Outpatient Supervisor, In-Home Services Supervisor and Outpatient services as a Therapist.

Other training and career experiences include; Group Home staff, Day Treatment Staff, Comprehensive School and Children Services (CSCT), residential treatment centers for youth, community corrections, inpatient addictions counselor, and Veterans Administration therapist. She earned her Bachelors (1983) from MSU-Bozeman and her Masters from Colorado State University (1990).  Sydney was licensed in 1995 as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Sydney was born and raised in Great falls and continues to live here with her husband and three children.
