Logan - Great Falls\"When I was younger I found out that I had ADHD, OCD. In middle school I found out that I had stress/anxiety disorder and it was really hard to talk to people that I don't know and to start conversations. The summer program was introduced to me by my teacher, Mrs. Brown. I decided to be a part of the summer program so I could be a mentor and friend to the little kids who had the same problems as me and were afraid to talk to adults. I understand it because I have been through it. The first year I was a student on the high school day. The next year I decided to volunteer on elementary and middle school days and sometimes the high school days when I was needed to help out. I had fun working with all the kids and staff and I look forward to doing it for the rest of my high school years. Thank you all the Center for Mental Health summer program staff, Karen, Yvette, Talisa, Dusti, Loren, Nicole, Ryan, Marlene, Mrs. Brown and Amy. I am no longer afraid to introduce myself to people that I don't really know, If there are problems with peers I have learned to cope with it, move away from the source, or ignore it. I have learned to talk to people I can trust about what I've been through. The Center for Mental Health programs have helped me become a better and happier and more confident person.\"
