CSCT Behavioral Specialist - Great Falls

Full-time non-exempt position

Duties: Include providing school psychoeductional training, support and guidance for children in a team school setting. The CSCT Specialist will teach parenting, limit-setting, communication and conflict-resolution skills to parents and children. This person will also coordinate in-home Therapeutic Family Care with case management and psychotherapy services and may co-facilitate family therapy sessions with TFC Therapists.  Bargaining unit position, must participate in the Union pension fund. 

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred but will look at equivalent experience and training. Extensive experience with children required. Must have a strong knowledge base in the following areas: developmental stages of childhood; discipline, limit-setting and behavior management issues; parenting strategies that facilitate healthy attachment; family-systems issues; conflict-resolution; and an understanding of the various forms of severe emotional disturbance. Travel required. Must have current MT Drivers License and personal vehicle.
