Children's Case Manager - Great Falls

Full-time Non-exempt – Great Falls

Duties:  Responsible for planning and coordinating care and services to meet individual needs of seriously emotionally disturbed children.  Assists the child in obtaining necessary medical, social, psychological, nutritional education, vocational training, supported employment, and other services directed in part toward the prevention of out-of-community placement of the child or the child’s return from acute or residential psychiatric care, and when appropriate the preservation of the child’s family unit. Bargaining unit position, must participate in the Union pension fund.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and one year of full-time experience serving people (optimally children) with severe disabling mental illnesses. Other education and experience may be considered.  Must have valid driver’s license, insurance, and personal vehicle.  Travel required, may need to transport clients.
