Doris M. Hernandez, MSHRM PHR

Doris joined the Center as the Human Resources Director in September of 2010. Her responsibilities include the development, implementation, and maintenance of personnel services.  Her previous human resource experience includes Benefis Healthcare and Army & Air Force Exchange Services in Panama City, Panama and Comayagua, Honduras. Doris earned her Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Great Falls, Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Park University, Great Falls, Montana. She completed a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Troy State University. She is also certified as a Professional Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute. She has worked in the Healthcare industry for 16 years.

Doris enjoys traveling, reading, running, and volunteering at her church. She lives in Great Falls with her husband Arthur and two adult children, AJ and Alyssa and a son-in-law, Jason Wood.
